I finally found out what I've been doing wrong all my life. And I never thought that slimming down could be so easy. After I had my kids, I just never got me back to where I was before having them. Most women know all about this struggle. It's real!
For years I had tried it all. I fought with my scale and my waist until I was sick to death of it all! I know, those reading this , know exactly what I mean.
Afterall, I have tried many different things throughout my life. Waiting for the right method, meal plan or work out routine to finally be what worked. But it was none of those things!

-Fasting
- Low carbs
-No Carbs
-Personal trainers
Believe me... I've tried them all...
And the results were always the same. Loose a little to then gain it all back, plus some more.
